Summary
This scholarship is for students with a disability or students working toward a degree related to health or disability. It gives $1,500 and is split equally between semesters. This scholarship is intended for tuition only. Applicants must be graduates of a Des Moines County high school and a resident of Des Moines County for at least five years. A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 is required.
