This scholarship is for students born with a cleft lip, cleft palate, or another craniofacial condition. It provides a $5,000 award to students who are enrolled full-time or plan to enroll full-time in an accredited college, university, or educational program. Applicants must have a GPA of at least 2.5 on an unweighted scale.
