Summary
Up to three awards of up to $5,000 may be awarded each year to full-time graduate students with a pre-lingual bilateral hearing loss in the moderately-severe to profound range and who use listening and spoken language as their primary method of communication. Applicants must be attending full-time to an accredited mainstream law school or graduate school working towards a masters or doctoral degree in public policy or public administration.

Previous recipients may re-apply, provided that they are still in school and a minimum of nine credit hours was completed in the previous year of study.

The $500 Hamilton Relay Scholarship is extended to a qualifying student living within a state where Hamilton Relay is the contracted telecommunications relay service provider.
